The reasonableness and extent of the inquiries comprising title due diligence is affected by the value of the object being investigated. Accordingly, the value of the Subscriber’s artwork will be a cost factor, as will the question of whether the object might be subject to a competing ownership claim relating back to the plunder of artwork in Europe during the years 1933 through 1945.

Payment to Art Title Advisors, LLC by may be made by check accompanied by a completed application, or by credit card if you choose to complete the application form on-line. Please be certain to attach a photo or digital image of the artwork.
